	• All beef is sourced from members registered with AAQB Ltd. • Naturally fed and reared on Northern Irish farms approved under the Farm Quality Assurance Scheme (FQAS), which is like the highway code of beef and sheep production. • Members are subject to meeting a series of exacting quality and production controls, which include strict adherence to the highest animal husbandry and welfare standards. • All animals are independently monitored on farms and factories in Northern Ireland by the Livestock Marketing Commission.
